There is manipulation going on by the Market Makers... they have been keeping the bid way below the ask all morning!!.... thus they have been creating resistance to move up.... and since some peeps see it not moving they make a bad choice to sell low..... Most know ALCL has Major UPSIDE and could explode at any time once the MM's stop playing their games!!!

ALCL is a shell with no revenue or assets.

The only people that would be selling shares this low are most likely ALCL themselves. Print shares for free & sell them at any price still equals money in their pockets.
