NO CHANGE

Be careful of people saying Dilution and ask them to support it with links like I just did for ALCL.

Not in this one, but patiently watching....I am curious where you see their filing designating this as a shell. I've looked back a couple years and couldn't find confirmation. I see planned name change, appointment of COO, shareholder's vote / meeting...nothing confirming shell status though.

Watching...these tankers always have a bounce...timing is just the question.
