Guess what that tells you. That he ordered some new cert pads, and will send you a new cert in the hope that you'll stop driving him crazy.

Good work! Sounds like the ta tried to scam u with a forged Cert but u caught him. Still I would call the FBI. Forging securities is a huge crime. Just think. U could single handedly restore eigh and help bust a crooked ta.

exactly, it's a simple clerical error.

not that it really matters, you will be stuck with worthless certificates either way, comma or not.
