Not recently. Bryant and Kelly took over the company back in October 2009. Conrad Wall, the founder, had lost interest by July 2008.

Evidently Bryant and Kelly decided to do something about that a little more than a year later, had it reinstated in Nevada, named Kelly CEO, and started filing with Pinksheets again.

I don't know what arrangements they made with Wall, if any.

There is nothing the matter with the certs. This is a pointless and absurd argument.

If there was any kind of a hijacking here, it was done by Bryant and Kelly. It was Kelly's name on the Nevada Corp records.
