our courtroom observers will be there on Tuesday as with the other dates. Also, no new docket entries on Pacer; latest being last month with the 6/21 court date being scheduled.

Persistent, problem is that this case with NEOM/Virgin the Judge hasn't rendered a judgement at all. It's undergoing settlement.
