Thanks success - Couldn't get through to the Court to see if I might find out anything. Judge Manning is out through June 17th which means she won't be back until Monday. Her deputy is also out and will only check in periodically during the week.

As of now the case is still on the calendar. If anyone wants to doubl check you can see the court calendar on <www.ilnd.uscourts.gov> and then click on either the Judge - Manning or the daily calendar.

Will continue to try to find any information out there on the case.

It is possible that yesterdays patent infringement case which was lost by (don't remember the company), but its competitors is MNTA and the competitors stock skyrocketed on the news.

This could be a sympathy sell off by people, seeing that and realizing it is possible that the case could be lost.
