As you can see Parkin had suggested this in the past and as can be seen in this letter, Dovgan wants to revive Aurus. It is plain to see Dovgan had no idea AURC was not legal. Parkin was trying to lead him away to a fresh start. It looks to me that at this time Dovgan was still on "my" side. But it looks like Parkin got his way and AURC was left behind.
