Good day Mr. Dovgan,
We have acted as consultants for Aurus/Krong and much effort was made to see your company succeed.
The present situation has greatly changed both with Aurus as well as the markets in the whole world.
As consultants of the Company we can advise you of the steps that should be taken to have the
Company listed on a stronger market which will facilitate the raising of funds.
We still consider that Aurus is not an advantageous company in which the Krong assets should remain
Since this company has no potential now nor in the future.
The markets in Europe are presently more attractive than in the United States and this permits a
preferable listing and the possibility to raise funds for the Company.
According to your request that Aurus be saved in order to raise funds, we point out that Aurus was
supposed to raise funds in the past through investments and through the sale of bonds. It only raised a
very small amount compared to your needs.
Our suggestion is that Krong removes its assets from Aurus except for 1.3% which Aurus should keep in
compensation for the funds that it did raise. You may keep the shares that you have in Aurus.
We suggest that 98.7% of the assets of Krong be transferred to a company that is trading on the
Frankfurt Exchange. As we mentioned in the past, we can complete this procedure very quickly.
You shall then be able to control the amount of shares that are being offered for sale on the market.
Once this listing is completed, we can guarantee that the required funds can be raised within one
month. A separate agreement shall be made between us for this purpose.
