Something isn't right. The 8-K that came out last week indicated that the "beneficial owners" owned ~98% of the common stock of the company. However, in adding up their shares, the total is ~660K. The company info on www.otcmarkets.com show a float of nearly 1B shares. Can anyone out there help us to make sense of this? TIA.
