Monthly Branded/Generic US Lovenox Scripts

I’ve converted Rocky’s weekly script numbers to average weekly
figures for each month, which gives a better indication of the trend.
See #msg-65934586 for the same data aggregated by quarter. The
decline in scripts during Jun-Aug 2011 is normal seasonal variation;
the big jump in the generic’s market share in Mar 2011 is explained
in #msg-62029438.
