On my God, Bean, I think you fixed it. I ran that TDSKiller. It ran a quick scan and came up with this:

\Device\Harddisk0\DRO(Rootkit.BootPihar.a)-will be cured after reboot
\Device\Harddisk0|DPO-ok

So I rebooted and for the first time she can stalk on Facebook! lol Tried Word and was able to type too. I got my fingers crossed but so far it looks good.
