Well, Jim, unless the NSCC is faking the SHO data, there is obviously no significant fails to deliver CMKX stocks, which is predictable, since it is virtually impossible to short a one-legged pink sheet. The only possible source of a short in subpennies is market makers shorting in the course of making a market, and CMKX never had any registered market makers.
