If I was in Golberg's shoes I would lean toward a 500 to 1 so that the opening price would be a manageable 5 cents per share. That way it would be easier to begin a pumping campain that could move the stock up to 15-20 cents and allow people to trade and make some quick profits before pumping it to the newcomers.
What have you ever seen from Goldberg or anyone else associated with IDOI that has any share holders best interests in mind?
Every action I have seen from bringing Ray to Milton Management to Issac Winehouse all listed in IDOI's filings just a few examples tells most people IDOI is nothing more than a vehicle for insiders to ride to their bank account.
Sorry to say running a LEGIT business being a good steward of share holders money I have seen absolutely no evidence EVER of that occurring with IDOI.

Remember that I was a newcomer when I bought in at an inflated price!"
That's what the financiers said.....let's begin a pumping campaign and make some quick profits before pumping it to the newcomers, I guess the last scammee gets to be the bagholder, huh?
No matter if the ratio for the potential reverse stock split is 1:500, 1:5000, or 1:5000000---it will be an uphill battle to pump the share price up above $00.0001 which is where it will always belong. A sewer stock belongs in the sludge at the bottom of the sea. All IMHO.
