The P.I.'s appear to be getting a clean bill because single SAE's were experienced in separate studies which is understandable in hindsight.

The way I read the PR was that the non-nuke and a PI were used together in both studies, which would make it impossible to determine with certainty whether the non-nuke or the PI were truly at fault.
