Unfortunately, the A/S will remain at 20 billion, the O/S will be 1000th of the O/S before the R/S. Some think that this will be 14 million. Could be higher depending on how much dilution has occurred since the announcement of the R/S. The problem is the A/S of 20 billion. Many people will be watching to see what KK does with the gap between 14 million and 20 billion. Historically that gap post R/S has been filled. If that doesn't happen here it will be a first. That is why it is likely there will be a lot of watching post R/S.
It all hinges on the dilution factor and whether or not YAGI can be satisfied without same. If we knew the answer to that question, I know many of us might be very happy GERS investors (or not ;-( ).
