Evidently you have gone back to assumptions again. If Available Shares do not become Outstanding Shares, where is the problem? I do not care how many shares GERS has Available. I am content they are shooting for M/L 14 Million O/S after the R/S. And if the R/S is authorized before opening of the market on the 6th, does GERS convert at a ratio of the traded price, COB today? That would be 20 cents per share? Never Look Back! Something may be gaining on you! If KK holds to the 20 Billion Share A/S figure, what would he (or anyone) gain by reducing it to any other arbitrary figure?
