I agree. Most of the testimony offered by CMKX at the hearing was rubbish. Not IBM though, like Sgt Schulz, he knew nothing.

jimmy - The "forgotten" jade saga may end up being one of the more interesting parts of this story. They issued $50 million in shares for a gem collection that was later reversed? Why no notations about cancelled shares from the transfer agent on this transaction? Wasn't "Janet Douglas", the person who objected to the Frizzell group, later found to be connected to this jade deal?
