What DGRI is doing right now is the best approach, SEC regulated or not. I think a brand new page has already been written and will arrive at investors' destination within a reasonable amount of time from now.
Maybe they are going to sell out a clean shell company to someone else to follow in their path that has funds? Who knows? It is funny to watch all the speculation on this board though. Especially all the phone conversations with Dan, that folks put creadence in.
