Imo why would they have to keep quite about cleaning up there 10ks? If it was because of things in the past imo they could, and would tell us why, they would not be required to be all hush hush. The best reason I can think of is they must be quiet because some deal is in the works, and sec regulations require them to keep quite. Of course this is all just speculation and imo.
