Did you update MB before you ran it?? Now that I think about it, on a fresh install I think it automatically updates but it wouldn't be a bad idea to update it on your second pass, and you should scan your machine at least twice. Rebooting after each scan.
Personally, I run the full and the quick scan. I have had one scan find a flea that the other missed.
