Auditors review all 10q's. They knew about this before the last 10q was filed. If John's account was accurate the auditors would not have allowed the last 10q to be filed. If Mike had filed the last 10q without the auditors approval the auditors would have resigned by now. So do you have any filing showing the auditors resigned. Of course you don't.

So you are judge and jury and get to decide who is a crook and who is a good guy. I thought we had courts to determine things like this. If John S. had a leg to stand on in court you can bet he would have sued long ago. It's been almost 9 months since December 10th.

goes after the crook that defaulted on the stock purchase agreement stole the SLMU shell from him.

Who to believe the auditors who knew about this and felt it was a non-issue and GM who did all their DD and still gave Mike M $7.6 million dollars. Or some guy John S. who might have defaulted on some part of his end of the deal.

I'm going with GM a fortune 500 company and the auditors who would never approve a fraudulent or innacurate filing.... and you can hitch your wagon to John S.

My goodness.. this story just keeps getting uglier and uglier. Of course, we know what the apologists will say. "Hey GM funded Sunlogics to the tune of $7.5 million. Since John Salamon has nothing to do with the GM funding, this issue is irrelevant"

LOL.....

Intelligent investors have already bailed... the novices are hoping for a better exit before it dies and the rest will dismiss this as irrelevant just as they do all the other evidence against the company.
