So John Salamon still hasn't gotten paid by Mike yet.

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1274211/000140580111000009/xslF345X02/primary_doc.xml

Remarks:
The amended Stock Purchase Agreement of December 7, 2010 for the purchase of stock from Space Globe Technologies Ltd. to Sunlogics, Inc. and Michael Matvieshen (8,906,059 shares) at the price of $0.0086 which Space Globe Technologies Ltd. was paid for this stock by Michael Matvieshen. The remainder of this stock for the agreement was not honored on account of Michael Matvieshen not making payments to purchase the rest of the stock. These 8,906,059 shares have no beneficial ownership to Space Globe Technologies Ltd. or John Salamon, which have been sold to Sunlogics, Inc. and/or Michael Matvieshen to agreement of December 7, 2010. Sunlogics, Inc. and Michael Matvieshen have not disclosed this to the SEC. Mr. John Salamon has disclosed this information and agreement to the company's auditor, company's bookkeeper and Signature Stock Transfer as well as all previous Form 4's of John Salamon.

According to the remarks John Salamon only received the initial payment from Mike Matvieshen then received none of the other agreed upon payments after that.

John is claiming no ownership of those 8,906,059 shares. His Form 3 filing only shows ownership of 1,343,601 shares which makes sense - word is that those 8,906,059 shares are locked up by Jason of Signature Stock Transfer.

Sounds like John Salamon is also claiming that Mike Matvieshen is making fraudulent SEC filings by listed John Salamon as the owner of those 8,906,059 shares and by listed John Salamon as a Director of SLMU.

Hopefully John Salamon hires a good securities attorney and starts making direct contact with regulatory agencies like the BCSC and the SEC and goes after the crook that defaulted on the stock purchase agreement stole the SLMU shell from him.
