How so? Final year end results were not released per schedule below and Mr. Dab indicated today that the CC is actually for VSMC. What am I missing?

(the "Company") (NASDAQ OTC: VSHC) is pleased to be able to announce today that it expects revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011 to be between $1,050,000 and $1,150,000. The mid-range of the current guidance is a record high since inception and represents a substantial increase from previous quarters in 2011.
