Per my email today from gerard the financials have been filed with the otc and are awaiting approval from their staff prior to posting. All he can do is the internal file rest is dependant upon their approval.

Well, now it is well past midnight and still no fins.

So much for your theory of an honest and open CEO.

Even if there is legitimate reasons for a delay in the fins, I believe the company has an OBLIGATION to inform the shareholders accordingly.

In addition, the earlier PR from June clearly stated that the CC was for VSHC ... now we are hearing through the grapevine that it is for VMCS during which VSHC questions would be answered.
