TRCPA - It seems that using the Okinawa setup with 3 MF-777's would do the job for Minnesota. I am a little fuzzy on the math for calculating the increased energy that would be produced. Is it correct that for the 12% reduction in water (EFB's at least) would equate to a similar increase in energy from the fuel?
