I wouldn't get hung up on % moisture content especially numbers that come from Malasia.
I am actually surprised the KDS can get the moisture content down to even 40% in a part of the world where a 90% humidity day would be considered dry weather.
Trying to compare the KDS performance with reference to moisture content in Malasia vs Minnesnota would probably be like comparing cats to oranges.
