While money is going to centa, there is no money to send the bandwidth guys back down to Miami to generate sales. Finally a couple of weeks ago, they scrape some cash together.

How were the mugshots low? How did Jeff do in saving all the people who own QASP shares? What exactley has he done? I'm not ranting...nor raving in this post...but someone somewhere show me anything that Jeff did while Moderator of QASP doing debt wraps(Meaning getting shares at a very discounted rate which who knows if he sold them now or not) and then being "interim" CEO of QASP and then moving MS out of QASP to get in bed with a guy who has no money and a criminal past only to get our hopes up for some sham of a share swap while helping to dish out 49million shares of NHSH stock to unknown parties in offshore accounts? Now...have we seen a signed agreement from Mineseeker? How are they paying MS. Are they? I ask that because if everyone is broke and there no dilution (IMO) how can we expect Mr. Kendrick to stick around so again...what exactley has Jeff done for us in the time frame of him being a mod all the way up to now? And please don't come back and tell me that "He's a good guy and we should just trust him that he has our interests at heart" His good intentions have not restored any cash in my pocket.

In terms of agreement, as Owens/Centacom Holdings in the overwhelming majority owenr of N, just who did they have to send the sub's common stock to? Themselves?

How did Owens/Centacom pay for it? Can you disclose the financial details - I am curious?
