A couple of rumors:

1. Owens says his past is no secret. He lost everything is a divorce, wife was cheating on him. He has a complete mental breakdown. The wife was signing some of the bad checks. Most of the charges were checks under $150, only one for under $9,000.

2. Jeff said he could raise money for N/Centa but never really could.

3. The only funding that was done was by Tom F. via his investors. Jeff says max $200k, Tom F. tells Joe $700k, Owens tells Joe $400k.

4. Owens is not happy as all the money raised went to repay shell financiers and MS for the acquisition of the coconut oil company in Mozambique and overhead.

5. While money is going to centa, there is no money to send the bandwidth guys back down to Miami to generate sales. Finally a couple of weeks ago, they scrape some cash together.

6. In terms of agreement, as Owens/Centacom Holdings in the overwhelming majority owenr of N, just who did they have to send the sub's common stock to? Themselves?

I think you will see a lot more come out tainting both sides, but IMO, the mug shots are pretty low.
