Market will price in 85% to 90% of the offer
price if Market thinks the deal is coming
and can be done, if IDCC deal is $100, for
example, IDCC may be trading $85 to $90 until
the news. BEC was trading in the $72 to $75
range for many weeks until bought out for $83,
but GPRO and BIG was losing steam way before the
no deal news.
