I am sure they or just Sam has something lined up or will find ASAP
It is impossible the shell stays as is or gets dumped in trash can
the shares will have value when it is merged to company
I had a company which were trying to do Casino
the deal fell through and they diluted millions of shares
the stock fell from a penny to 000, then merged to gold exploration
now it is back to penny
so I take this period as taking advantage of the situation for those who can add and for sure they will make money in the future
I will buy as soon as I feel the dust has settled

Another big question is... where is this company registered... hopefully not in Nevada because they are "default" in that state.
