That is a good question. They are registered in Texas as a Foreign Entity until Sept. 20, but I think that the Nevada incorporation still needs to be updated. I would think that it is as simple as filing some paperwork and paying a fee. My guess is it will not be done until an agreement is reached. Why would Weiss update it with his name only to turn it over to someone else?
