I agree he is a criminal and did it illegally.

Question here for ya.

Do the analysts do the same thing, but they have a company behind then? Merril Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Piper Jeffrey, USBwarburg, Solomon, etc etc etc.

Kids do lots of things illegaly, stupid, dumb, or whatever and maybe his father was really a part of it. I dont know really, but do you know of anyone else here on threads on SI, ihub, yahoo, who were kids that took the wrong path, but THEN took the right path. Cocky teenagers do a lot of things and are often infuenced by others as well and the good feel of it all.

He had good attorneys, but then so does Lay and the other big companies. They stole money legally? But it was set up so that they could do that with the accounting system that SEC allowed. Big Boys doing Big Things.

This was a dumb, stupid, irresponsible kid who might have been influenced by money and others and who got a kick out of it. He still has a brain that is good and it is just how he used that brain now and how responsible he is as a human being so that he can be live to be respected and die to be regretted.

My brother was once a bum. Great brain, but cocky, arrogant etcv etc etc. Once mistakes were corrected he became well known on many continents and is on google lots. He turned around his life because some forgave his screwups, hade hope in him, and made him feel good and told him he can clean his slate and be somebody. He became that somebody and made a great difference in the lives of many across the world. Medical field, and even set up teaching clinics in many countries. People that were blind could see. I think youth is just a time that people try out things. He didnt get away with it like some of the Rocketeers did...they were smart group. Maybe there were some old farts in their 30s that were jealous that really put up a fuss with SEC because they were jealous and he being just 15, he was an easy catch. BWDIK

Joe, It would be interesting if he did learn anything from it. Most certainly he is being watched closely the the SEC to see if he does it again. Is he arrogant to do it again and get a jail sentence. But then again, does SEC send anyone to jail.

I am sure a lot of people lost a great deal of money with Lebeds pumps, but then look at the retirement of people who listened to the likes of WCOM, EXDS, ENRON etc etc.

Okay, Lebed should be in Jail. Do ya wanna see him in ihub jail to start so he can get a feel of how it will be in the real world. Is he headed to real world jail soon? He sure would get to know about soap with the guys. lol Also, I never read about anyone cleaning the jailhouse. Man, that has to be one rat infested place. What day does the cleaning person come on? Do they change sheets regularly? Yikes, I think it has to stink in there also. lol
