The Jon Ledbed you see in this thread is not the real Jon Ledbed you saw on television.

He paid his fees, but surely he made a lot of more money than SEC knew about or wanted to delve into.

If I would have done what he did I would have been fined much more and perhaps have gone to jail. He belongs in a juvenial prison, he is a crook.

Ya know, like the criminal that broke into homes and stole, and then he got out of prison and got straight and became a consultant and told the security companies how they should handle that security as he knew how to break into those homes.

He just hyped stocks on a bunch of message boards and got away with it because he is a minor. He has no special skills or knowledge that could be of use to anyone.

Heck, maybe he even deserves a second chance like so many that we have given a second chance to.

A second chance in the court system maybe. He belongs in jail. And the kid is not smart. Smart people get rich legally, thugs, crooks, and misfits get rich illegally. He did it illegally.
