wow, that's a ton more than my measly loss of $45K, but i guess it depends on what percentage of your entire savings that loss was -- in my case, being a humble and low-paid public servant, it was a pretty big chunk of my retirement savings....

i wouldn't mind joining in some kind of lawsuit with other shareholders, but i can't think of who we could sue and expect to actually recover anything...
