Since you reposted IDCC's objections would you also repost ERICY's objections? Could you repost your opinion on how IDCC will fair? (I'm sure you posted it already if you want to just refer me.) Thanks Tony

I need someone to hold my hand here. The 'Interdigital Objections to Special Master's Report, as Summarized by Ericsson' seems to list several points on which the Special Master disagreed with Interdigital's claim construction.

As a non-techie lurker, these seem to be rather significant issues (e.g, number of base stations, etc.).

Do we have anything that lists the areas in which the Special Master agreed with Interdigital?

when you read Ericsson's OWN earlier objections to the special master report, Ericsson is equally vociferous with objections to those portions of the report which did not go Ericsson's way.

in this particular document, IDCC's arguments against the special master's interpretation are extremely compelling. any first year communications engineer would probably tell you the same.

and likewise, Ericsson is particularly annoying with this document by claiming that IDCC is making "new claims", "new representations". in actuality, there is really nothing "new" about IDCC's objections or representations.


frankly, my own opinion, and that shared by others, is that the special master errored in several sections on both sides of the argument.

one might as well tossed a coin.
