The last link didn't work. Here it shows their "mining consultant" along with family and a few friends most likely staked the claim in February 2010. Each person can stake 20 acres. Most of the time a group of 8 will get together so they can stake the maximum size of 160 acres and then file transfer of interest forms to put the claim in one person or company name. It costs $189 to stake a claim and any US citizen can do it. This one should be entertaining to watch.
