Non event. No changes from last update we were given by the company.

I'm not in this company and I was looking for a filing for another. I have been close to getting in here, though, that's why it popped into my mind to give the notification.

I really just skimmed it, but I am going to check it out pretty thoroughly tonight after work.

Money into R&D consistently. Not as much lately, so probably the system/product is nearing completion.

Question about share structure, they added 50-some million through preferreds, but outstanding is still only around 126 mill or so? Doesn't seem right, but again, I just skimmed it.

The 10Q was a bust. You can see from the market reaction that there is a great deal of skepticism.
