I know with pretty good certainty that none of the clan knows where he is. Urbie while not brilliant was smart enough to know the long arm of the law would eventually nab him. I'm sure he is somewhere nice and not too touristy, Belize, Costa Rica and Aruba come to mind. Too bad your posse could not come up with some reward money, that would certainly have brought him to heel.
