Agreed, mfg. is key to income. You can't deliver qty. orders if they can't be made in qty.
...But NIJ is key to more orders, according to JB.
I'll wait to hear from you and /or J11 about his "re-cert" statement.
I HOPE I'm concerned over nothing, I just misunderstood and Sept. is a done deal.
