You are right about the Mfg and thats one point I didn't mention. They need to have that new facility up and running to fulfill larger orders anyway so full approval of NIJ being in September vs august wouldn't be a big deal. Dont get me wrong, it would make some investors happy the sooner it happens but truth be told my opinion on the first order of business is Caveat removal and I have communicated that. That way when other good things start to occur we can see more investors coming in board to a clean rated stock, just my opinion.
