A scam you say....I agree with you on that! Another LOI quote deal. LOIs mean nothing, reputable companies report contracts closed, not rainbow LOIs. What a joke, a press release of no substance again. Management is grasping....gasping....next they will announce they are going to design pet chew toys and fishing lures for their online website...ot worse yet in their vet clinics..... If you owned a veterinary , or any biz for that matter, would you sell it for hope a penny stock goes up. The info the owners have cant be any more than what is public....so why would they agree to LOIs. It be insider trading-fraud and SEC investigation if vet owners had more info on studies than reported publicly, good or bad by either party. This wreaks scam as you say, too.
