Well, I dont see an R/S due to the low float but dilution seems likely and perhaps has already begun. Not sure if they have to report new shares under the current SEC listing they are under. I do agree we are in big trouble with these LOI's and online chew toy store. Tne online store is so out of left field abd screams scam.
