If anything, I would hpoe that HSYT is taking time to get the 10k done right to ensure investors the all numbers are legit. Once that is done, and hopefully soon, I think many are going come back in.

Taking there time? They have been working on this thing for nearly 6 MONTHS! No offense with cooking the books term, but Cramer agrees that a vast majority of these companies have been caught cooking the books, and that is why he only recommends one company. I would be extremely concerned why I am waiting so long for a 10K, how about a 10Q for 1st or 2nd Q? Not saying that they are in business, but if business is going well, then why have they failed to produce financials?
