i think you posted your sanguine words about 3 months ago? what's another 3 months in china small cap land?

well, you know the 10q 1st and 2nd doesnt come out until a 10k for 2010, and who knows why that's taking so long. well, only hsyt and the auditors.

if its any consolation , if there's fraud/cooking with too much salt/etc, the current auditors have a penchant for breaking ties with questionable companies, UTA , for instance.

that being said, it has been a long time.

lets hope hyst has a pspw type of awakening, and sustains it!

he's a great talented legendary trader, but i dunno, i'd rather take comfort in an email alert of shipments from mrdarcy than trust cramer too much. he's great entertainment, but him calling the china kettle black now, is a bit rich!
