After speaking with Andrew today I feel incredibly better about this whole thing. Do not be swayed by the doubters...I suggest a call to him to ask him yourself! As with all things perception and reality can be markedly different, especially if you are intent on spinning things a certain way.

Also, I reached out to Ian at Design 1st per this email:

I am an investor looking into a company called Wanderport. According to information disseminated by them, you are currently engaged in the development of their microwave tankless water heater. There are some disputing the validity of this claim. Can you confirm or deny this report? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. END QUOTE

I am hesitant to copy his reply. But Ian Kayser at Design 1st did confirm that they are working on a project for Robert and Wanderport of the sort I described.

IMO it will be mid Sept at the latest. GO WDRP!!!!
