I think TM's post implied that the steps Carrie has taken to rebuild will be in our best interest as things develop..Of course this is just positive speculation..I share his positive outlook..Carrie seems to have a better overall knowledge of how to operate on a higher level..Probably due to her background and experience..(My own speculation)...I think she has the best chance to take Hrct to a better place..We shall see if what she is doing now, will be sustainable and long lasting...jmho
In case you misread..I can see where you might have thought his post read " Hartcourt is doing this right now"..Instead what I think he meant was "correctly this time"..jmo
