Considering the amount of monies involved..I would think that both Parties need an official Final Judgement, to use as a settlement template..to satisfy all their concerned stockholders..
Most interesting: "Article 26 Award by Consent ..
If the parties reach a settlement after the file has been transmitted to the Arbitral Tribunal ..the settlement shall be recorded in the form of an Award..."
So, it seems we should expect an "Award" even in the case of a "settlement" and that Award may then still be confirmed as an unopposed court judgment.
Apparently, our current wait for a delayed Award, does not preclude a settlement. Most interesting.
