Thanks for the reply, Teddibear.

The release says that money is "available," not that it has been spent to build housing, hospitals and roads at the Escala mine for the Indian miners.

They've been there, what, three years plus and in all that time I do not recall a release from Frankie that said they had built those things at the mine.

I will eat crow (with prodigious amounts of hot sauce) if you can correct me.
