You don't have to believe MY "words", you just have to look at your trading vol. today and lack of PPS move by comparison TO that huge vol. the charts prove out the dilution not MY words.

With a gagged TA and no filings, there is no way to confirm shares outstanding. Based on stock price, it looks like dilution on a major scale.
