Even Diverse opinions are a necessary addition to the contemplation of a good risk verses reward assessment.
I've been reading and researching as well. I will not emphatically state that "THERE IS NO DILUTION" for I have yet to find that information one way or the other.
Most of the day the support was stronger than the resistance (more volume on the bid than on the ask consistently). Today's sells did outnumber the buy's.... Some folks probably got a little nervous with pps being down and the Dow was down and all that, so some were shaken loose, and that's ok it's their money. Todays low was .0024 and PGIE closed at .0033 (up .0002 for the day) with High volume, over 108,000,000.

I'm in again today with a buy at .0030. IMO this is a real company with real leadership who are keeping us informed.
